A very mission-driven organization, in St. Louis, is searching for a Treasury Manager to join their team and lead the treasury function. They plan for this professional to come on board, complement their team and provide them with the strategic direction, and daily oversight, that they need. This is a very unique opportunity that will allow the right professional to make an immediate impact on a wonderful organization!!
For this opportunity, candidates will need to be degreed in accounting/finance, have 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles, a CPA and/or public accounting experience is a plus, experience in the non-profit/NFP industry is also a plus, but not mandatory. Candidates need to be pro-active, approachable and a positive leader.

You Will Be Engaged In:
- Lead treasury function
- Cash flow management and analysis
- Liquidity strategies
- Investment policies, strategies
- Banking
- Financial controls and risk management
You Offer:
- Degree in accounting/finance or similar field
- Masters/MBA/CPA are a plus, but not mandatory
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles
- Experience in similar roles/duties – Cash Manager/Analyst, Treasury Analyst, Finance Manager, etc.
- Effective, and enjoys, serving in a hands-on leadership role
- Experience with banking, cash, treasury, risk
- Experience with non-profits and/or fund accounting is a plus
- Strong internal drive
- Positive team leader. Must be people-focused.
